POZZOLAN

Used as a percentage of cement replacement (10% to 40%). Super-charges concrete performance: reduces heat of hydration cracking, mitigates alkali silica reaction, innoculates against chemical attack, densifies and improves strength overall.

Standard pozzolan used in general construction concrete mix designs as well as downhole slurries. (90% to 100% passes a 325 mesh. 25 micron APS)

HESS ULTRAPOZZ (NCS-3) see photo
An ultrafine (average particle size of 3 microns) pumice pozzolan for speciality concretes. Typically used for glass fiber reinforced concrete (GFRC) panels and products, crafted stone veneer products, statuary.

TIGHT GRADE (MINE)

Grade 3/8 x #8 MN has the fines below #8 size screened out, but is not dried; contains some moisture-adhered fines. Mine grade.
